How do I order?
Browse the Catalogue, add squishies to My Pocket and reserve them. You'll need a free account. Then we email you to arrange pickup.
Do I pay online?
No. You pay in cash when you pick up, after you've checked your items.
Where do I pick up my order?
At Sherbourne subway station (TTC Line 2) in Toronto. We arrange the time with you by email after you reserve.
How long do you hold my order?
3 days. If it isn't picked up by then, it expires and the items go back on sale.
Do you ship or deliver?
Not right now. Pickup only.
Can I return or exchange something?
All sales are final, so please check your items carefully before you pay. This doesn't affect your rights under Ontario consumer protection law if a product is defective or not as described.
Are your squishies real NeeDoh?
Every squishy we sell comes from a supplier we can trace. Product pages say which brand each squishy is. We never sell fakes on purpose. If you ever have a concern, tell us.
Are squishies safe?
Real, brand-name squishies are made to meet toy safety rules. Never heat, microwave or freeze a squishy, keep them away from kids under 3 and pets, and stop using one that's torn or leaking. Read more in our Space Journal safety articles.
I'm under 18. Can I order?
Yes, with a parent or guardian's permission. You'll confirm that when you reserve.

How do I leave a review?
After you've picked up an order, you can review those squishies from the product page. We check every review before it appears in Spotted in Space.
